Arrival Day
Get ready to arrive to Zagreb, Croatia’s lively capital! Once you land, we’ll whisk you away to your hotel for check-in. Then, take your pick: unwind or dive into the city’s medieval-meets-modern charm. Visit St. Mark’s Church, Croatia’s grand Zagreb Cathedral, or wander through Dolac Market for fresh goodies.
Feeling artsy? Explore the Nikola Tesla Museum, Croatian Museum of Naïve Art, or the quirky Museum of Broken Relationships. And let’s not forget our “Welcome Dinner” at a cozy local joint- get ready for a crash course in Croatian Cuisine!

Istria: Hum and Motovun
Let’s hit the ground running and begin our road-trip adventure to the region of Istria, a gem in the Adriatic Sea shared by Croatia, Slovenia, and Italy! Our adventure begins in the enchanting town of Hum, hailed as the world’s tiniest town. Then, it’s off to the picturesque village of Motovun for delightful truffle and wine tastings. Get ready to savor the flavors and soak up the local expertise on these coveted mushrooms!

Istria: Rovinj and Pula
Our journey continues as we venture into the picturesque charm of Rovinj, a coastal town adorned with colorful waterfront buildings were will stroll the cobblestone streets adorned with charming shops, cafes, and art galleries.
Next, we’ll immerse ourselves in the ancient wonders of Pula, where the majestic Roman amphitheater stands as a testament to the city’s rich history. Marvel at the grandeur of this well-preserved ancient arena, which once hosted thrilling gladiator contests and is now a captivating venue for concerts and events.
After exploring these remarkable destinations, prepare for a special surprise that promises to elevate our adventure and create unforgettable memories!

day 4
Zadar
Get ready to dive into the historical heart of Dalmatia as we explore the charming city of Zadar! Get mesmerized by the Sea Organ, an art installation that turns sea waves into a symphony of soothing sounds. We’ll also check out the Sun Monument, Roman Forum, and wander through the captivating lanes of the Old Town. And to top it all off in style, we’ll hop aboard a private sailboat to catch the most epic sunset views !

Plitvice Lakes
Off we go into the mountains of Velebit on our way to Plitvice Lakes, this beautiful national park is known for its stunning waterfalls and turquoise lakes. We will relish the unspoiled nature on a 3 hour easy hike.
Feeling hungry? We will make our way to visit a local farm for a cooking demonstration on how to prepare a traditional Croatian meal.

day 6
Split
One of the best places to visit in Croatia for its famous sites and vibrant night life. We will visit Klis Fortress that housed the seat of many Croatian Kings. Then meet up with our local guide for a tour of the Diocletian’s Palace built by a Roman Emperor, Riva Waterfront, Grgur Ninski Statue, and Green Market. Spend some free time shopping or hiking up Marjan Hill to see the breathtaking views of Split and the Adriatic Sea.

day 7
Hvar
The most visited Island of all the southern Dalmatian islands. Imagine yourself surrounded by rolling hills covered in lush greenery with olive groves and vineyards as you stroll along the marble streets of old town. After exploring Old Town we will hike to gaze over the town at Fortica the Spanish Fortress. Our day will end with an amazing Gastro Experience your taste buds will be thankful for!

Hvar
The day is yours to seize – whether it’s lounging on the beach, splashing in the pool, hitting the shops, or embarking on an island adventure, the choice is all yours for a blissfully free day! As the sun begins its descent, we’ll gather for a one-of-a-kind experience at the award-winning Zlatan Plavac winery. Indulge in their gold medal-winning wines and savor traditional Hvar cuisine for a truly unforgettable evening!

PELJEŠAC
Get ready for a day of epicurean delights on a small peninsula known for its oyster farms and fine wines! We’ll indulge in tastings of local wines, homemade cheeses, delectable prosciutto, and fresh oysters straight from the sea. Our adventure takes us to ancient Ston, renowned for its salt mines, where we’ll savor the freshest oysters paired with champagne for a truly unique experience. Before heading to Dubrovnik, we’ll make a final stop at a charming village and winery to cap off our culinary journey in style!

day 10
Dubrovnik
Our final destination on our Croatian tour is the city of Dubrovnik regarded as the most picturesque city and known as the “Pearl of the Adriatic”. Enjoy a guided tour of the UNESCO WORLD Heritage site of Dubrovnik’s Old Town to appreciate landmarks like Onofrio’s Fountain, the Franciscan Monastery and walk the ancient city walls.
After touring Old Town we will spend the remainder of the day exploring Elaphiti Island where we will swim in the clearest waters and explore hidden caves and private beaches.

day 11
Departure
It’s not a farewell—it’s always “see you soon”! Upon checkout, we’ll whisk you off to Dubrovnik Airport for your return flight. Please note that if your return flight is from Zagreb, the Dubrovnik to Zagreb leg is not included. Don’t worry, I’ll be here to assist you in arranging your flights seamlessly!
